IULM offers substantial tuition reductions (50% or 100%) to the most talented international student. Need-based scholarships providing tuition refund, meal allowance and a conspicuous grant; International students can also apply for special-rate accommodation at one of the two IULM residences.

Undergraduate

The Admissions Team will help you verify whether you meet the requirements and will support you throughout every step necessary to become a IULM student.

You can enrol in Undergraduate Programmes (3-year Bachelor’s) if you have:

• attended at least 12 years of schooling overall;
• the academic eligibility test (only if required in your country of origin);
• B2 Italian language proficiency (for Italian taught programmes) or B2 English language proficiency (for English taught programmes).

Postgraduate

You can enrol in Postgraduate Programmes (2-year Master’s) if you have:

• a coherent first cycle degree (Bachelor’s degree);
• B2 Italian language proficiency (for Italian taught programmes. C1 Italian proficiency is required for the MA in Specialised Translation and Conference Interpreting) or B2 English language proficiency (for English taught programmes);
• specific basic knowledge.

Fees, Contributions and Financial Aid Opportunities

IULM University offers the most deserving international students a 50% reduction on the tuition fee purely based on merit.

Up to 100% reduction on the tuition fee (opportunity for the 20 most deserving students) on selected programmes.

DSU Regional Scholarships

Each student (regardless of nationality and country of residence) can apply for regional scholarships.

The student can benefit from:

• tuition refund
• a scholarship with a maximum value of €4,500 paid in two instalments
• free access to the university canteen

Eligibility is determined on the basis of merit and the family’s economic situation. Full details can be found in the Competition Notice for the allocation of Regional Scholarships.

Accommodation

At the request of the interested parties, 10 places will also be reserved for international students, at the reduced rate of € 300 per month, at the University Residences.
